From receipt of an order to shipping our system provides for inspection of incoming raw material, documented first piece inspection at every step of the manufacturing process, in process inspection and a documented final inspection prior to release for shipping.

We use top quality inspection tools for measurements. These tools are calibrated with NIST traceable standards per our calibration schedule to eliminate the possibility of inaccurate measurement.

Our staff is instructed with the required inspection techniques at every stage of the process to ensure all drawing requirements and certifications are met or exceeded. Outside processes are certified and the documentation can be supplied if requested.
